Amber Thomas is a dedicated Customer Service Representative who brings compassion, attention to detail, and a strong service-oriented background to our agency. Born and raised in Lee Road/Bush, Louisiana Amber is proud to serve the community she has always called home.

Before joining the insurance industry, Amber spent over six years working in the medical and EMS field, where she developed exceptional communication skills, a calm presence under pressure, and a genuine desire to help others. Though she is new to the insurance world, her commitment to customer care and willingness to go the extra mile make her a valuable part of our team.

Amber has been married for 10 years and is a proud mother of four. Outside of work, she enjoys photography and spending quality time with her family.
