Caitlin is our dedicated Office Manager and a licensed Agent, bringing warmth, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping others. Born and raised in Covington, Louisiana, she proudly carries her Louisiana roots with her, and she is an alumna of Louisiana State University—Geaux Tigers!

With a strong commitment to serving others, Caitlin is passionate about helping customers find insurance solutions that truly fit their needs and protect what matters most. She takes pride in educating indiviuals and families about the purpose and value of insurance, ensuring they feel confident, informed. and protected every step of the way.

Outside of the office, Caitlin enjoys spending quality time with her husband, family, her dogs Roux and Bella, and her friends. She enjoys traveling, exploring new experiences, and embracing every moment with enthusiasm.
